Warranty and Service Info
Limited Warranty
S.T.I. Entertainment warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The computer is warranted for 1 year, and all other components are warranted for 90 days. The warranty period begins from the date of shipment (located on the manufacturer serial number tag).
Please call 866-226-3082 for all warranty service requests. When placing a service call please be prepared to provide the following information:

a) Equipment serial number and manufacturer date stamp located on the manufacturer serial number tag.
b) Machine type and location of the product.
c) A detailed description of the equipment fault symptoms, and any steps already taken to correct the problem.
d) Payment terms (credit card number). Card will not be charged, unless defective parts are not returned to us within 30 days.

This warranty extends only to the first purchaser of the equipment. The distributor must submit all warranty claims if not directly sold by S.T.I. Entertainment.
S.T.I. Entertainment shall not be obligated to furnish service under the following conditions:

a) Equipment has not been installed and operated in accordance with Installation and Operations guide provided.
b) Equipment has been installed in an operating environment outside of those recommended in the Installation and Operations guide provided.
c) Equipment has been subjected to unwarranted stress through abuse or neglect.
d) Equipment has been damaged as a result of arbitrary repair attempts.
e) Equipment has been damaged from the use of non-authorized printer consumables or supplies.
f) Equipment has been damaged as a result of modifications to the operating system or hardware components.

Any warranty claim due to shipping damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. If shipping arrangements have been made "freight on board", the claim must be submitted to the freight forwarder.
If the equipment is installed within an S.T.I. Entertainment service region, installation assistance and training may be provided for an additional service fee of $250. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure the location is prepared for installation. This fee will not be refunded or honored at a later date if the machine site is not properly prepared for installation.
If the equipment is located in an S.T.I. Entertainment service area, an on-site service call may be arranged at an hourly service fee rate of $150 for the first hour, $75 for each additional hour (1 hour minimum). It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure the location is prepared for a service
maintenance visit. The minimum fee will not be refunded for any service visit, regardless of the site preparedness.
All replacement electronic components under warranty will be replaced with a factory-refurbished component in advance of receipt of the defective component. S.T.I. Entertainment will cover all shipping costs for the duration of the warranty. Components will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Expedited outbound shipments are available for an added charge. A prepaid shipping label will be enclosed with the replacement component for return shipment in the original box. Components need to be returned to S.T.I. Entertainment within 30 days to avoid an additional charge for the replacement part.
The above warranties are provided with respect to S.T.I. Entertainment's product lines in liew of any other warranties express or implied by other than S.T.I. Entertainment.

Post Warranty
S.T.I. Entertainment will provide post warranty technical and site support subject to the following terms. Please call 866-226-3082 for all post warranty service requests.
When placing a service call please be prepared to provide the following information:

a) Equipment serial number and manufacturer date stamp located on the manufacturer serial number tag.
b) Machine type and location
c) A detailed description of the equipment fault symptoms
d) Payment terms (credit card number), service will not be provided until payment authorization has been completed.

An hourly technical support service fee of $100 per hour will be applied to all non-warranty calls with a minimum charge of one hour.
If the equipment is located in an S.T.I. Entertainment service area, an on-site service call may be arranged at an hourly service fee rate of $150 for the first hour, $75 for each additional hour (1 hour minimum). It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure the location is prepared for a service maintenance visit. The minimum fee will not be refunded for any service visit, regardless of the site preparedness.

available as listed on the post warranty price list with a minimum order charge of $100.
